New Braunfels Utilities Avery Park Pipeline Construction

The project includes the installation of approximately 25,000 linear feet of 30-inch water main, 2,800 linear feet of 16-inch water main, and appurtenances along SH-46 and Weltner Road, from the IH-35 Frontage Road to the Avery Park Subdivision Elevated Storage Tank. Plummer’s duties include conducting monthly progress meetings/issuing meeting minutes, reviewing and approving monthly pay applications, confirming materials stored onsite, reviewing and approving submittals, reviewing progress construction schedules, approving construction quality control inspections, negotiating and executing change orders, and addressing construction conflict issues between the contractor and the client. Plummer has a full-time resident project representative staff member assigned to the project, who is documenting the progress and quality of the work.
