Plummer conducted environmental studies and prepared environmental documentation including a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, a Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination (PJD) of waters of the U.S. including wetlands, and a Threatened and Endangered Species Letter Report for the proposed approximately 400-acre Midtown Business Park project site, which is traversed by two perennial streams: Spring Creek and Lick Creek. An approved Jurisdictional Determination was issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after their review of the submitted PJD.
