The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) commissioned Plummer to develop a Storm Water Master Plan for the Inner Harbor Industrial Area, which comprises more than 5,000 acres. The purpose of the master plan is to develop prioritized grey and green infrastructure projects to improve the flood mitigation and water quality of the Inner Harbor. Plummer has obtained LiDAR topographic and aerial imagery (UAV), has performed field assessment of current infrastructure condition and will develop hydrologic, hydraulic and water quality models for the project area to determine potential projects.
