This project included a half mile major realignment and reconstruction of street in a large city in Texas.

Work included the coordination of every major utility including steam, chilled water, water, wastewater, storm drains, telecommunications (5+) and underground electric.

Plummer served as a liaison between the engineering groups of a major telecommunications provider, construction crews, and various interested parties. The role included negotiating a joint-design and joint build-operate agreements between the provider and the city.  This was the first of its kind for the region and a major achievement in a short time frame.  The agreement included the provider’s fiber network feed for the convention center and sports dome.  Construction cost was estimated to be $500K utilizing directional bore and open trench technologies.  Work also involved balancing the needs and schedules of multiple interested parties while working within a very short timeline.
