Plummer Welcomes Dr. Andrea Netcher

Since our recent expansion to the Florida market, our team continues to grow with the addition of Dr. Andrea Netcher as our new Florida Water Team Leader.

Andrea brings a decade of research and design experience in the water utility industry, including working both nationally and locally, which has prepared her to handle a wide variety of complex water supply, water quality, and treatment challenges. This includes desktop evaluations, bench and pilot testing, membrane treatment, disinfection and disinfection byproduct control, water quality compliance, master planning, and the design, permitting, and construction administration of drinking water, reclaimed water, and potable reuse facilities.

Andrea earned her bachelor's, master's, and PhD in environmental engineering at the University of Central Florida. She is active in the Central Florida water community. She is the current Vice-Chair of Region III FSAWWA and past Chair of Water for People’s Central Florida region.
