A Message to Our Valued Clients and Business Partners
I am writing to share two very important pieces of information relative to the on-going COVID-19 situation.
We are doing our part: As public risk and concern over the COVID-19 virus continues to escalate, we at Plummer have asked our employees to begin working from home, as of last Friday afternoon, until further notice. While we have no known or reported cases or direct exposure concerns among our staff, we have determined this to be the most prudent, proactive action at this time. We make this decision not only in the interests of our staff, but also in the interests of others. We are trying to do our part to help mitigate the spread of the virus.
We continue to deliver our work: Thankfully, over the last couple of years, we have equipped our staff with hardware and business collaboration software and tools, which allows us to work remotely, collaborate in virtual teams, and easily share work from office to office. Our staff has full access to all the necessary tools and resources to be fully functioning in a remote work environment. These capabilities include screen sharing with those inside and outside our organization, as well as phone lines that ring directly to our employee’s computers, regardless of location. We, of course, remain available on our cell phones as well. Plummer is fortunate to have a resilient, adaptable and dedicated team that will continue to successfully deliver project work, even in the midst of this public health situation. Given these facts and capabilities, we will continue delivering successful service and projects for you.
